It seems like people are tuning into the whole idea of locally raised food. Some people have been long-time customers of all things organic. But these same people have become somewhat disenchanted with the "certified organic" label. You can be a "certified organic" producer of beef and all that means is that you feed non-chemically treated grains to your animals in a giant feedlot. Most people who care enough to buy something organic usually don't have that in mind.
